Theft by Deception

This store really needs to be investigated. I think it is very illegal what this company is doing. I find it unbelievable that this company that is located in China is getting away with ripping off so many people. They do not follow their own return policy and you will not get the item that is advertised when it comes to their dresses and they refuse to give you back your money. I am so disgusted with this company and I am going to do everything possible to get this site shut down.

Retune Policy is a SCAM

DON'T BUY FROM TIDEBUY. I had purchased a $180 dress (August 2013) and received the wrong dress. They admitted to doing so, and I asked for a refund upon returning the dress, and they informed me to keep the dress and they would give me $15 coupon. I took the necessary procedures to return the dress, which had cost me an additional $35 for shipping, and contacted PAYPAL. Tidebuy had denied to Paypal ever receiving the return, and as of today (June 2014) I have never received my refund. If you decide to purchase from tidebuy.com, be prepared to keep the item no matter the issue, because there's a very likely chance you will never see your money again.
