Misleading and Fraudulent Advertisement

Someone name Summer from Tidebuy contacted me in regards to delivery. According to his email, they make the item once the customer submits the order. However, in my case, it is the sale claiming '10 shirts left'.

Now, I have waited one month to get the items. I shall contact the Consumer Advice Center for their misleading and fraudulent advertisement.

I called EMS and they asked me to contact Royal Mail based on the reference number. I called RM, according to their customer service: the item has not been booked with us. So, we can't help you.

The item is still in China after the suggested delivery on the 12th July 2018.

I am on vacation from 25th of July and I feel helpless.

In my opinion, all 'positive' reviews about Tidebuy is fake. So, be careful when dealing with Tidebuy, China.

After viewing my post on Trustpilot, the company has contacted me to make 'excuses'. Sadly, I have given an 'incorrect' tracking EMS number.


On the 26th of June, I placed an order 1876691 for two shirts. Today is the 22nd of July and I have not received my shirts.

I have contacted their customer service, however, they have not replied me back.

I wonder why!
