This is simply a scam, don't get fooled by them!
The garden bench that I ordered from them never arrived! It was supposed to arrive within 2 months but we waited for half a year. When we called them numerous times to resolve the issue and they failed to even provide us with a refund. This is simply a scam, don't get fooled by them!

fraud, never shipped my order
Avoid this seller! Placed an order on their website three months ago, two month ago received an invoice and never received my order! Tried to contact them but they just gave me fake promises and refused in a refund, saying that they don't have a refund policy. Pure scam, stay away!

didn't deliver me the bench I paid for
I purchased kitchen furniture from them and they offered me a bench with a discount. I Purchased it as well but I never received it. They simply didn't include in the furniture delivery and then when I tried to complaint they never send it to me and also they refused me in a refund for this bench saying that they don't do refund on their offers. Total scam, I will never use their service again!

Ordered, paid for, never delievered
We ordered several pieces of garden furniture from Tidewater Workshop. Was told it would ship in 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks we called them up only to be told it was shipping the next week. This scenario played out several times, each time I would call they would tell me it was shipping the next week. After 6 months I finally asked for a refund, customer service said they would have to ask the manager and call us back, never called back. Total SCAM, HORRIBLE COMPANY! I am planning a trip to NJ to speak with them face to face. NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM.

Still waiting for Chair and table
Place an order for the classic chair and side table several months ago. Have not received either. Credit card was debited. Called and spoke to a lady who stated order would be arriving with a week. HA! Called again and got voice mail. Not good business practices. I had ordered from Tidewater Workshop years ago and had no problems with my order or delivery time. NOT like this time. ?????? What has happened to this compay?

Scam!
Ordered a bench MONTHS ago, have called Tidewater several times for order/delivery update. It's all a scam. No delivery, no refund. I ordered from them twice before. First time, 2005, no problems at all - fast delivery. Second time, 2010, very slow delivery (several months). This time, disgraceful. Order was placed 8 months ago. This has to be illegal.

Wish I read these first!!
I sure wish I had researched this company better before placing my order!! I placed my order on July 2, 2017. Today is October 26, 2017 and still no delivery. I have emailed and called numerous time and am always told it will be shipping out in a week. THis company charges your credit card immediately after your order is placed, not upon shipping out. Bad business practice and my bad for allowing it. I am now out $540. I will be seeking out some type of legal advice and definitely reporting them to the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible Company
A terrible company. Placed an order in Fall 2017 and as of mid-April 2018 I have not received it. The web site states that you aren't charged until the goods are shipped but that is baloney. They charge you immediately at the time you place your order. They must operate like this to raise needed operating capital from unsuspecting people in order to keep the company going during the slower winter months. Then, since you were stupid enough to order in the first place they must think you're an easy mark and keep putting you off. I've spoken with the customer service lady weekly for 6 weeks and she checks and gives me a ship date of either the current or next week. When the items never arrive I call back and am told that the orders were rescheduled and given a new date at the end of the current or following week. Was hoping to have my items painted and on the deck by now but I fear I will never see them. Terrible company.
