SUMLORDS

Timbercreek Communites continually puts N4's on my door after I have paid rent in FULL! No one takes responsibility for the error. The office staff is harassing and UNTRAINED FOR PUBLIC SERVICE.! I have been there for 3 yrs and rent has gone up 3 TIMES with no repairs to my unit. They are scam artists and think they can use the TRIBUNAL for collecting unnecessary court filing costs. I have been LOOKING TO MOVE AND HOPE NO ONE FALLS INTO THEIR TRAP!!!!!!!!!! SLUMLORD just doesn't even cover it!!!!
