Over Priced, Noisy and Nasty

Great place - if you like paying to live in a construction zone where the landlord treats tenants like garbage. Rent increased $200/month in just five years. It it's not the soothing sounds of jack hammers, hammer drills or noxious fumes in the hallway, it's fire alarms at 3 AM. Paid for an outdoor pool and it was shut down for two summers. Nice to wake up and wonder if there's running water, or even better, getting brown water out of the taps. Would be more convenient to gather water out of a nearby stream. Perfect when you have to get ready for work in the morning. - ended up missing three days because of no water. Then because they're desperate for money they let in dogs so now barking, howling and dog crap around the property makes for an even more wondrous tenancy experience. Not fed up yet? Then they'll pound on your door first thing in the morning - after keeping you up all night with pounding on the pipes- with demands for entry with the threat of an eviction notice if you don't jump to their demands. No apologies, just bad attitude and rudeness befitting dictators. If three landlords in six years doesn't tell you something then you're invited to move into one of their suites and experience the niceties first hand. Will move out at first opportunity.
