Timbercreek Properties or communities is the worst of the worst. The apartment are horrible. The management tries to scam the tenants by making claims of unpaid rent. They will do anything to screw you. The management are unprofessional, they don't speak English, or understands the laws and regulation of Canadian living. They Lie about pretty much everything. Empty promises. Major crime is notice at the Timbercreek location. Drug infested garbage bin. have Kids, family, or want to live decent. This is not a place to rent. Please stay away from Timbercreek rentals. Be aware. you will be Scammed. The manager at this location is named Milton and he is the worst liar and he will scam you.
