Horrible company
What a horrible company. Management is friendly until you sign the lease, after that they're rude and absentee. They lied about whether or not there were bug issues and I ended up dealing with bedbugs shortly after moving in. A few months later I woke up and found a cockroach crawling across my wall. I've lived in apartments for 30+ years and have never had the bait-and-switch pulled on me like Timbercreek has done, it's unethical and shady. I thought the building looked nice, but that was just the outside... they don't care about the units you live in and make you wait 6+ months for basic repairs. I can't believe how greedy and fake they are.
