Horrible Landlords

This building has so far been the worst building I've ever lived in mainly because of the property management. We had an issue early November in which our shower would only give you cold water when the hot water tap was the only tap on all the way and it did not matter what time you tried to shower it was always cold. This went on for about 2 weeks and when I put a maintenance request in they did nothing so I called to follow up and the office advised they would call me back once the maintenance employee was back in the office. I never received a call back. Eventually the problem fixed itself however now our shower temperature ranges from either boiling hot to freezing cold and it switches back and forth while you're showering when you're not touching the taps. When the outside temperature dropped to -30 in December our heat was not efficiently heating our apartment even when it was turned all the way up. It had gotten to the point where I had to wear 2 pairs of pj pants and 2 sweaters to bed and I still couldn't sleep because I was so cold. I put in a maintenance request to have this looked at and the note they left was that the temperature in my room was 13 C and the temp in the living room was 16 C and by the patio doors was 9 C. Their solution? get some curtains or a space heater. I complained again that in -30 weather these temperatures are not even remotely comfortable and if the solution is to get space heaters I should not have to pay for them. Their response to this complaint was to come back to our apartment when we weren't there and "take the temperature" again 2 days later. They then told us the temperature was between 19-21 C so we were good. Just a heads up there is no way that is the temperature all of a sudden they are just refusing to do anything about it. I would not recommend living in a building managed by this company.
