Are they good as a landlord?

I went to look at an apartment at one of their locations in the west end. I went to see the unit Thursday March 16th. I was told I was the only one applying. I thought they would get back to me within a day, or so. We are now Tuesday March 21st they still have not answered me. When you call you can never reach anyone.
I am going to not take the apartment as I am not even there yet, and I don't have a good feeling. If this is how they respond when your not even there yet. How do they respond when you are there tenant. I am also a little leary cause the reviews are so bad. I don't see one nice review. I just want to say consider before you move into a unit they offer.
