Strangly high electric bill of 125 per 2 months for a very small space. Cockroaches included, but they bring in pest management semi regularly. Doesn't allow pit bull's, but allows actual retired fighting dogs no problem. All the windows in the building leak, and the wooden frames are old and decaying. Black mould, always a plus. Cupboards are spray epoxied on and hang off the walls from the excessive moisture. Experienced a leak that went on addressed by managment for two weeks. Building managers change excessively.
