You should file a complaint with the BBB, currently their rating is a A+ meaning they are a good standing company.
I am just starting a business and the equipment company connected us with TimePayment Corp. After everything I have been reading this company is bad to deal with, saying one thing and providing something different.
We applied for a loan to finance the equipment we needed for the new business, we were sent a Non-cancelable commerical equipment lease agreement. My partner called the contact who assured him that this was a loan not a lease but the paperwork clearly stated this is a lease and after 36 payment we would have to return equipment or renew the lease. Also agreement states monthly payment amount will change month to month. We are not siging anything with this company.

I too was scammed by these companies. I bought an alarm system from PCA security- leasing through Time Payment. A year after paying on the contract I came to work to find my store front complety destroyed, and the alarm never went off. after further investigation- I found that the alarm was never even hooked up, the equipment was fake. the alarm system wasnt even compatible with my phone, and all that testing and confirming the installation guy did was fake. he literally drilled a hole in the wall- stuck a cord in there to make it look like electrical was hooked up, and that was it. And when I asked for answers i got blown off. After tons of research and legal advice i have found that i am just one of hundreds of people that was scammed by these companies. PCA wasnt even licensed when i signed the contract with them. and now, Time Payment wont leave me alone. I havent paid in over a year. They can shove it!!! The calls used to be harrassing, and i have saved everyone of them. now, they just keep calling- and i give them my attorneys info, and then they say they never got it. they wont sue me, i wont pay them, and they are driving me nuts. I will never, without a doubt, would rather cut off my foot- then ever pay these people. I dont know how to get them to stop calling. my attorney said i could sue them, but i dont have time for that. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT THESE CRIMINALS!!! i dont know how these people can sleep at night. i work way to hard to pay for a scam!! If anyone want to think about a class action lawsuit IM IN!!!

Our scam began August 2010, three weeks before we closed our business and very much the same MO.
Now what do we all do with the information that has been colleted about these scammers. We have been submitted to our State Attorney's office, yet convicing them that there are several people scammed has not been easy. I pray no one has to deal with this group of people

dont be fool with timepayment
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! We bought a piece of equipment(Alignment Rack) from a 3rd party . We leased the equipment,This gives them the right to charge the amount that they would like. We paid whole lease amount and by the time we were gonna have buy the Alignment rack for fair market value as amount of $2264 after the lease end. They automatically processed the leased to rental equipment term without any notice or permission which I find out 4 or 5 months later . Its basically called rip off.
Anyway I have all the proof and paper work emails and also taking this company to the court. I am in Roseville CA where I am definitely suing this company for over charge that give and take $8000. This company is straight rip which actually let you sign all the paper work and then will make you fool what they can!
I am not alone, as you can see from this website, or from Complaintsboard.com, and somehow they still have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau! Don't let that fool you. They are predators, and I would encourage others to not deal with them.

Beware Time Payment
Time Payment Corp has HORRIBLE communication. They make it impossible to set up payments online to fulfill initial agreement. Each payment has to made seperatly. Their website does not work half the time and when it does the pertinent information like amount owed and due dates are not available. When calling them being placed on long holds is usual. Getting information from Time Payment employees is difficult. They have to call you back with payoff information and do not call back as promised. They hold to their almighty lease and the fine print to charge you thousands more than you were lead to believe you would pay. My final payoff was short less than $200 due to inability to get amount from website or on phone and now I "owe" them thousands more. I will fight their schetchy way of making money. I'm sure being the "little guy" won't help and of course they have their almighty lease to stand on for legal grounds. I warn you, they make it challenging to pay off account so they can charge you more. Beware of doing business with this company. The manager, Sarah, that I spoke with was not sympathetic in a human way to what I had gone through dealing with her business for a year. She basically said that's how they make money... by making it impossible to pay off account.

Random, hidden charges
The payment stated in our contract never matched the amount they withdrew from our account. They add fees, taxes, surcharges, and whatever else they want, whenever they want, for any amount they want, and you have no recourse. They added a fee because they say they sent us a letter requesting certain insurance information. All we knew is they were taking yet MORE money from our account and we had to figure out why. Since they didn't use the address clearly stated on our contract, their letter got returned to them. When their letter got returned, they just hit us with a charge without any attempt to call our phone number, also clearly state on the contract. WE had to figure out how to get the charge removed. Their paperwork never states HOW MUCH they can charge for each of these cons. So when our payment went up yet again, WE had to find out that it's some sort of "once a year" tax. It's not only frustrating every time the payment changes, the stress of not knowing whether we'll have enough to cover their next con is horrible and time consuming. You aren't a customer, you're a bank account for them to drain.

Time Payment Nationwide Equipment Financing: Be careful all the Restaurant Owners, specially the New ones! Please Don't deal with this Rouge & Scam company, if you care about your personal credit. This company has some of the rudest people working for them.They are very greedy, unprofessional, rotten customer service, liars, they will make every possible attempt to ruin your personal credit even though you are making payments on time.I bought a piece of equipment from a 3rd party and was under the impression that I am financing the equipment through Time Payment Corporation. It turns out that the equipment was leased, not financed. This gives them the right to charge the amount that they would like, not what I am supposed to pay. This machine should have been $3600.00, but they made it $4200.00, and trying to contact them to solve the problem, but don't know how. I am one of them, i had to close down my restaurant due to loss. I made 18 Payments for the amount of $122 each month, then i requested them to take back your POS system , or I can also ship you wherever you want. They refused to do so & now they have reported to the Collection. I have disputed that. Collection Company told me to wait for 30 days. I understand that ultimately it is my fault for not reading the fine print, but you don't expect companies to drag you and feel justified for doing so. I am not alone, as you can see from this website, Don't let that fool you. They are predators, and I would encourage others to not deal with them. I am also going to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office, waiting for the answer from Collection Company.
They should not be aloud to get away with this.

Scam!!!! Stay away!!
We agreed to do a 21 month payment lease to own del with them. They told me over and over that if I would pay off within 1 yr no finance charge for a television set. We thought we would pay it off in one year. Other things came up and we left it as then24 mionth lease to own. We were told it will be 21 payments and the Tele belongs to us. So we went on paying every month as agreed I even called them a few times asking them how many more payments until we own the tele ? Over and over I was told 4 then 3 and once the three are satisfied then we would own the tv. I had 3 payments left and received a strange letter that after my 21 payments were paid there will be a buy out option! This was the first time I ever heard anything about a buyout !!!!! I called right away and they said no no only three more and u r done ! Ire read the letter and called again I was told now that I will owe another $1,000 asfter the 21 payments! I went bollistic! Asking again!!!! I never agreed to this! Obviously they came up with some stupid clause saying this is what I agreed on !!!! NOT TRUE ! We never agreed to this and this was never mentioned to us! We stopped alll last payments and we will battle them in court!!! Scammers! Stay Away from them they will try to bleed u for whatever they can! Don't buy anything I also noticed that they don't have 70 % of the manufacturers they had before once the manufactures find out they are scammers they won't let them sell their products!!! Sty cler of these scammers!!!!!!

Class Action Law Suit Needed
Very similar to other reviews - was told the amount financed could be paid off like a loan, with no pre-payment penalty fees, and was even quoted to the total I would be required to make. I needed a 1-month loan to acquire the equipment I needed at the time until funding was available the next month in the next fiscal year. When I went to pay off the balance, I was then told it was a lease, not a loan, and that I would need to pay off the entire 3-year term amount plus interest over the 3 years plus insurance, plus purchase the gear at the "fair market value" determined by them at the time the agreement is terminated. When I disputed the situation they insisted that their representative would not have misguided me in a the direction of a loan so I asked if they record their phone calls since that is part of their recording and she said that they do. So I insisted that she pull my conversations with their rep which she refused to do. Since they tie the agreement not only to your business credit but also your personal credit, if you default on a payment they can ruin both credit scores! I am now 2 months away from the termination date of this hellish contract, have paid over double what the equipment cost initially, and I just received a letter stating that unless I send them a letter within 30 days stating that I want to terminate the agreement and buy the equipment at their determined fair market value, the agreement will be extended on a month-by-month basis, however they don't state where to send the letter nor whom to address the letter to! I am so over this company and hope someone can put together a class-action law suit against them!! I'm definitely in!!

These people Time Payment corp,are the biggest scammers still able to be in business they lied about financial help all the time not telling you its a lease and not a loan..My experience with this company and its sell rep was so bad I almost gave up on life..they started off so nice to earn your trust.In the end they had gotten me to sin on-line to except financing without ever sending any thing that show the interest they would charge. Not seeing an invoice that was item with my purchase of table clothes ,chef uniforms and serving plates..After getting an email that stated a bill of $2876.53 I asked the company I purchase from Hotel Restaurant Supply to send me my invoice since two days before they only sent the names of the items I purchase but not the price and total....they being partners with Quickspark sent a invoice that total $4467.00 after farther checking the name in account wasn't my purchase it was someone else.Mean while after demanding my real invoice it was sent my purchase was a total of $1587.00...with interest Quickspark was charging me $2876.53.. I had to wait two days since it was a Friday when I signed ..I called that Monday to state I had no idea the were charging 80% percent interest..I offered to pay the full purchase of $1587.00 + 179.00 interest for the two days of interest...was told if I paid early it would cost over $ 3000.00..totally unfair now my credit score will take a big hit because no way will I pay 100% percent interest when i could have used any of my credit cards to purchase those items but for HRS company promise of easy financing with its partner Quickspark for small business consumers.

Big Scam, Stay away
These people are the scum of the earth and they recruit quickspark to do their dirty work. After finding out I couldn't pay off this "loan" early or would pay an additional $1840 on equipment that was $2720; I contacted these people for answers. They went as far to tell me I couldn't even return the equipment even though I was within 30 days of buying it. I wish I had seen these reviews before signing with them and I wouldn't be dealing with this sleezy company. I'm all for a class action lawsuit.

Horrible company
The service was horrible. Everytime I needed to talk to them about something, it was almost impossible to get ahold of them. When I did talk to someone, they were rude. They wouldn’t return calls. I paid almost twice of what my machine cost. They charged me an additional monthly fee for not getting insurance for a sewing machine. I was late on a payment once and the guy said he’d waive the fee. Then they charged me the fee they said they’d waive. I called and the next person said they can’t do that after the other person had waived it. I was so angry dealing with these people. I would not recommend doing business with them.

IF YOU ARE A START UP OR SMALL BUSINESS LOOKING FOR A WAY TO FINANCE YOUR EQUIPMENT ETC, I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DEAL WITH OR NEGOTIATE A TRANSACTION WITH TIME PAYMENTS. THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS, MISLEADING AND IN MY OPINION COMMITTING FRAUD. WE USED THEIR FINANCING FOR SOME SALON EQUIPMENT AND IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WORKING WITH THEM. YOUR AGREED UPON PAYMENT IS NEVER STATIC AS THEY INCORPORATE FEE'S AND CHARGES AT THEIR DISCRETION AND ARE UNDOUBTEDLY UPCHARGING YOU ANYTIME THEY SO DESIRE. THEY ARBITRARILY ADJUST YOUR PAYMENT AND UNBEKNOWNST TO YOU THEN FILE LATE FEE'S FOR THE OVERAGES YOU WERE UNAWARE YOU OWED. I HAVE ASKED FOR AN ACCOUNTING BREAKDOWN OF ALL OF THEIR FEE'S AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES BUT THEY CLAIM NOT TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO THAT. THEY HIRE NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING EMPLOYEE'S YOU CANNOT COMMUNICATE WITH. HONESTLY I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY MANAGE TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS. IF ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE HAS EXPERIENCED SIMILAR ISSUES, WE SHOULD GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THEM. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF GRIEF AND DO NOT WORK WITH TIME PAYMENTS!!!!!!!!
