Post dating a check does not guarantee against the Payee depositing it early. That is strictly a verbal agreement and neither the payee nor your bank are legally accountable for the check being deposited early.
As the reply above me stated, don't write postdated checks.

$100 gift cards
I too put in a request for my gift card over 8 weeks ago and I have not heard anything or received a letter in mail on it.. It was for 100 gift card as well..I switch from Cricket to Time Warner wireless Internet..Went to the Time Warner Store and the Rep put in the information. I got a copy of my last bill from Cricket and send the copy of it in to Time Warner as was instructed to do. I hope I get my card soon.. Thank you Nancy Carr

$100 gift cards
i'm on the same boat. several calls later, i've been told my Gift Card should be on it's way within 6-8wks. i got so much runaround, i was frustrated. i got bounced back between TWC and the Rebate Center itself. if at the end of this month i get nothing in the mail, i will be VERY upset and have another reason to hate TWC.

never arrived promised gift card
Time Warner Cable is a bunch of liars. They promised me a 100$ gift card if I switch to them, but it turned out impossible to get although it has been 6 months already. I did all the registering at website and sending the bills as I was told and now they are telling me that it’s going to take another month to make the card. This is unacceptable, avoid this company at all costs!!

$200 reward Card
Cannot get a response on my $200 reward card for bundling internet, phone, and cable with Time Warner Cable.
I should have had the reward card at the end of April. E-mails go unreturned and people at TWC say there is no phone number and I have to e-mail. What a scam. Also, every couple days our cable keeps rebooting itself and we are without service for hours at a time. If there is a lawyer out there, this would be a good class action lawsuit, I may purse that!

reward card
I too was subjected the the " reward card" promo.After sending the info needed to get the reward card the waiting game began.Numerous calls later and being assured arrival should be coming ....still no gift card. My biggest issue is that after my completing my part of the contract I saw a comercial today offering another reward card promo. What is really going on here? I signed up Dec 2011 and here it is Aug 2012.....still no reward card

liars, wrong information, poor services
Their representative came to my door and offered me their services. Everything sounded good so I agreed. Later all the problems started - their services are low quality which is not what they promised me. Then they send me wrong bill two times and didn't change it even after I asked them several times. And the last thing - they tried to overcharge me when I tried to quit and cancelled their services. Think twice before dealing with them!

This company is unreliable and doesn't care of their customers and the quality of their services! They offered me one conditions but worked absolutely different from it. I had many troubleshoots with my TV and they never came to fix it and spoke with me like it is normal. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Damn this company! I have been waiting for 1,5 months to get my money back! I was suppose to receive it way long ago, but they told me on the phone it’s going to take another month!

charged me twice
I have been charged by Time Warner Cable several times. I have left them a lot of messages asking to contact me asap. No one has ever done so, and I am getting very angry! I will file a law suit, if they won’t return my emails!

No gift card, instead just a rip off
I have been ripped off by them with a promise of receiving a gift card. I was only suppose to enter some of my information, which they used to get in to my account and steal my money!
Beware of these frauds! They should be arrested!

Beware and don't use their services
This cable television is not good at all. Their representative came to my house and made a very good presentation about their services so I decided to make a contract with them. Well it was a total misrepresentation because services were not provided as promised and were low quality and this company never improved them.
I will never recommend them to anyone!

Time Warner Cable is the worst Internet company ever! I used their services time ago and I will never use them again! They offered me high speed and quality internet services but they were unable to provide them. Internet was slow and connection had many troubleshoot which weren't improved after my complaints. Beware and better avoid their services!

be careful with this company!
I purchased their gift card for $200 and was very surprised when I tried to used it - it appeared that my card is not valid because of unknown reason. I spend more than two months contacting this company and trying to get my money back - these peopl simply didn't want to cooperate. Beware and better be careful dealing with them!

TIME WARNER
Time Warner Cable promised me a $150.00 gift card for best buy store but TWC never send me any for 7 months counting. i called costumer service for many times and they told me different thing each time. this is unprofessional way of doing business.
