they have done nothing
Avoid Timeshare Hot list! I paid these guys $660 three years to rent/sell my timeshare and they did nothing at all! Nothing has happened. Beware of these fraudsters!

DID NOT RENT/SELL
THIS COMPANY PROMISED TO RENT OR SELL OUR TIME SHARE AND IF THEY DID NOT WITH IN THE 190 DAYS THEY WOULD GIVE US A FREE VACATION ON US. I TRIED TO CANCEL WITH IN THE 3 DAYS AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER RECIEVED THE LETTER! THE TOOK OUR MONEY AND NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS! THEY ARE LIARS AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND THIS IS NOT RIGHT! REMEMBER WHAT COMES AROUND GOES AROUND! WE HAVE FAMILIES AND TRUSTED YOU AND YOU MESSED WITH US TAKING OUR MONEY AND AVOIDING US. SO NOT FAIR!
