Cheating Happened in TNSTC in Kumbakonam on 14/10/12

Hi Sir/Madam,

My Name is Rajesh kumar, My native place is Kumbakonam and I am working in Chennai,Two days Back I was returned from my native place to chennai so I have reserved ticket in TNSTC online through mobile on 14/10/2012 afternoon.



Due to continously power shut down in kumbakonam and though it is a sunday there is no browsing centre in kumbakonam to take print out, For an option of Print out e-ticket. I have recieved a message in my mobile.In that message they have clearly mentioned the seat number and PNR NO and date, time of the Journey.



I have entered into the bus in Kumbakonam Bus stand at 9.20Pm on 14/10/2012 , At that time Conductor had one Complete Final Sheet about the Travelling person details like Name and PNR NO. He asked the seat number I have told my Seat number is 23 ,



He checked in the Final sheet in that it clearly mentioned as 23 in the seat number in the next column my name G.Rajesh kumar was mentioned with the PNR No and Bus was started at 9.40pm from Kumbakonam Bustand .



Conductor asked me show printed out sheet I explained because power shutdown there is no browsing centre I dont have print out, Instead of Print out I am having message which I was recieved From TNSTC

and I showed the message to him, After a big conversation with the conductor he has given the ticket and after I agreed to submit the ticket, Once I reach Chennai CMBT I will sumbit the Print out .



I reached Chennai CMBT at Morning 3.30AM on 15/10/12 and I tried to take Print out in Reservation Counter, But it was locked and I checked with Checking Inspector in Chennai CMBT, They told that Reservation counter will open at 7AM in the morning . I had huge agreement with him like my name is mentioned in final travelling sheet in shake of my name I can able to provide government proofs like driving license and PAN card





Then Conductor asked to take ticket, I told already I taken ticket why should I take ticket ? This is not legal and I will make this as a Big Issue like that I had huge conversation, Conductor replied like you can take this to any depot head I wont afraid for anybody and Whatever you want You can do and finally he also used some bad words also and he finally asked me to pay the amount for the ticket ,



After that I felt ashammed and also finally I have paid Rs.175 . What I thought is this money was shared by both conductor and driver, Because of this problem My mind was affect severely and felt Ashammed before many passengers, So I need my money with penality of Rs.5,000 and I am expecting TNSTC will give a correct Justment for this Problem.





Please Take this mail as a compliant and Please do the enquiry on the particular Conductor who Invloved in this mal practice and Sort out this issue ASAP, If you call me in person to sort out this issue surley I will come and meet you.
