zero service only endless excuses

I bought a Blackview phone from them via ebay 6 months ago and paid with pay pal. It is BV6000 model and needs a replacement speaker. It is guaranteed for 1 year. I have sent proof of purchase and my mailing address countless time to different departments at Tomtop and the promise to help me after the study the case. This has been going on for several months. I only need a replacement speaker and do not understand why they don't just send one. I said I would pay to install it here. NEVER NEVER NEVER again and I have learned that the Blackview phones have many problems that the company does not help.
