After re-reading your email and your complaint, I have come to the determination that you are filing a false report. The main reason is that you have yet to answer my questions and have further failed to provide supporting documentation to support your claim. I have also noted that neither a Criminal or civil complaint was ever filed on your behalf. If you were truly ripped off vs. pretending to be, you would be more than happy to provide at least some Evidence to support your claim. You have failed to do so.You have attempted an attack on your sibling, and now me in this public forum, but yet to provide any supporting documents to support such a claim, making this claim nothing less than ludicrous because if it were true, a person such as yourself would be more than excited to share all with the public.

Instead of providing the true facts to the claim, you make petty statements about issues non-related to your claim, a very liberal stance to divert the attention away from yourself and provide the supporting documents. Failure to provide these documents and spreading them on the internet would and could be called defamation, not free speech as you claim. You do have the right to make any statement you like, but false statements, and statements you can’t support is referred to as defamation. Your actions are clear, to damage or slander the good reputation of someone.

Maybe this someone does something about the Defamation of his Charater, maybe he doesn't. But should he, my guess is your attorney fee's in Chicago would most likely run 10-20K, or More. Even if you win, you lose out to a large attorney bill. Should you lose, you would most likely be held liable for damages as well. So there is most likely a lien against your home, garnishment of wages, etc.

I do sense your anger. What has caused it? I don't know. Defamation of Character is most likely the wrong action to be taking, and could turn out to be a costly one, should you continue your path. Maybe you have a ton of money, I don't know, but I do know nobody wants to be in and out of court, missing work, paying attorney fees, and then paying the person should You lose. Maybe take a vacation instead, it would be money much better spent!
My paper, as it relates too many people I have mentioned in other blogs have completed postings similar to yours. What I do is my business, I engaged you, because of your posting & lack of substantial supporting documentation. You lack a considerable amount of creditability and the more, you fail to support your claim with ANY documentation. This sheds the light on you as a peasant scumbag attempting to slander the reputation of someone. I have found many people on this site do this, thus, this is what I have researched it. You have not let me down.

Bottom line: WHERE IS YOUR PROOF, THAT YOU, TONY FEHRENBACHER WERE A VICTIM OF A PONZI SCHEME??? NOW is a good time to share
