waste of time

Touch of Modern is absolute scam, company which doesn't care of own customers! I send many requests on their email but all of them were ignored. I tried to contact them again and again but no reply was given. After such experience this company is not recommended to anyone. Don't waste your time!

Waste of time and money

Ordered Keysmart key chain. After waiting two weeks, contacted support stating there was no activity on the USPS tracking number given. Michael, the customer service rep who responded, told me to wait a few more days - "this just sorts itself out" to quote him.
I didn't email for a few days, and then unexpectedly, I get an email from Michael stating my issue has been moved to 'resolved' status due to my not contacting them.
What a scam, and unscrupulous company. I've tried getting in touch with anyone there, with no success.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Scam company. DANGER

Be very careful. I ordered several led pictures and a few magnetic sculptures form ToM. One led picture broken. And the others never showed up. Emailed them and no reply and got a phone message and put on hold. 3rd time calling, I say on hold for 25 min. And then they disconnected the phone call. Ended up calling credit card to stop payment. And couldn't return broken item done I one got back to me.
