Poor communication
Many complaints about un-received packages were sent via email and Facebook from a significant number of people. What happened with the packages was never honestly addressed, and public comments on it were removed (partially and fully) before they were resolved.
In mid July it was announced that the packages were shipped, but some packages indicated they were actually shipped a month later. Her facebook page used to have a 'Recent Posts by Others' area but it was removed to hide complaints. She has nice looking products but be wary of her business practices.

Toxic Vision Items Never Recieved
This is the third time now I have not recieved an item I purchased from Toxic Vision. I have a hard time believing the owner/designer even shipped the items, or they were all coincidentally lost in the mail. I was extremely hesitant to purchase after the first item not received. But took a chance & had received every item ordered after, up until September 2016. Thankfully I was able to get my money back for the one purchase in March 2016. Now I have to deal with the other two. I find it odd the designer does not provide Canadian customers with their tracking number, which is included for all packages shipped within Canada. I think if she cannot ship packages within 7 days of cleared payment as her webstore states, her customers are entitled to an email stating so. As a designer her work is incredible. As a business owner she is grotesquely irresponsible & unprofessional, as she very rarely responds to email, etc. I have seen multiple times on her Toxic Vision Facebook page, complaints from customers never having recieved their item, & angry for no response to their email(s). It is infuriating to spend a large amount of money on a piece of clothing & not receive it!

Update to previous review
Thankfully I recieved all my items, much later than I should have, as there was definitely a major delay in my package being shipped out. Webstore says items are shipped within 7 days of cleared payment. I'll still never know what happened to the one item I never recieved, it's so strange, & a major bummer. Happy I've received everything else. The designer finally got back to me after a while, which was nice. My faith has been restored in ordering more items in the future. I still stand by what I say about her being an incredible designer. Truly unique & original! Very skilled & talented! If you haven't recieved your package, I suggest waiting a little bit longer for a reasonable amount of time. It would be nice for the designer to let her customers know if there's a delay in shipping. Would also be nice if Canadian customers were provided with their tracking number. All packages shipped within Canada automatically have a tracking number included.

unreliable, bad quality and nothing like the pictures
After many unanswered emails and attempts to make contact, it ended up taking a whole year (!) for me to receive the shirt I ordered, which was not worth the 80$ I paid. It was probably one of the cheapest items in her shop and I hope for people who spend more on her stuff that the quality is better than it was with this product. The seams weren't properly done and pieces of thread were sticking out everywhere. The print quality is also quite poor and overall the shirt just looked nothing like the pictures. When I first saw it online I thought wow this is probably the coolest shirt I've ever seen so I was super disappointed with what it looked like in reality.

ordered a print that never arrived
simple enough to resolve, just really disappointing. my bank will reimburse and take over from here. Most artists l know are able to manage their own business but then there's the one or two that cannot. i.e., don't say u mailed something if u didn't; when someone reaches out asking for a tracking number or help in locating the lost package does not mean to go MIA..disappointed, but will fix tomorrow, get my money back..
