can't receive calls
After loosing my phone I purchased a new phone. Problems were immediately I could make calls but could receive calls intermittently. After 8 calls to your 1-800 number and after three hang ups, and me finding my old phone I decided to reactivate my old phone. I hope this solves problem. I have always liked my tracfone until this happened. I really hate the stonewalling practices of company's that engage in this practices. FYI this practices is just asking for class action law suits. I lost over 900 minutes when I said I lost my old phone. My old phone was between my truck seat so no one made calls on it.

I AM LIVID. I HAD A TRACFONE FOR YEARS. WAS HAPPY WITH IT. AROUND SEPT/OCT 2019 I READ ON A TRACFONE COMMENTARY THAT THE SERVER FOR TRACFONE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN MY AREA AND I NEED TO GET A NEW PHONE. I KNOW I READ THIS. I READ IT AGAIN. I CALLED TRACFONE SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS TRUE, THAT BY 12/3/19 THAT TRACFONE (SERVER/SUPPLIER) WILL NOT BE IN THIS AREA OF NEW YORK. I CALLED BEST BUY, THEY AGREED. SO, WHEN I COULD AFFORD IT, WENT AND CHANGED PHONES COMPLETELY. GOT AN I-PHONE, STRUGGLED AND STRUGGLED WITH IT. SUPERSENITIVE-PICKED UP LETTERS WHEN TRYING TO TEXT AND KEPT HAVING TO GO BACK AND CORRECT EVERYTHING. CALLED THEM-THEY SAID TRY THIS OR THAT AND IT DIDNT WORK SO I TRASHED IT AND WENT TO JITTERBUG. LOVE IT. BUT-MY HUSBAND HAS TRACFONE AND I HAVE BEEN TELLING HIM HE HAS TO CHANGE-BUT--NO WHERE CAN I FIND THAT ARTICLE ABOUT THE SERVICE FOR TRACFONE THAT I HAD READ. THEY ARE NOW SAYING THAT ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS UPGRADE THE TRACFONE FROM A FLIP TO THE SMART PHONE2 AND YOU WILL WORK FINE. IS THIS TRUE???AFTER ALL I HAVE BEEN THRU AND I CHANGED FOR NOTHING??IT WAS WORDED WRONG AND SHOULD HAVE SAID UPGRADE YOUR TRACFONE?
I AM HAPPY WITH JITTERBUG--BUT DONT KNOW ABOUT MY HUSBAND -NEED TO SWITCH TOTALLY OR JUST WITH A TRACFONE?? I AM SO MAD, I COULD NEVER GO BACK TO TRACFONE.BUT I WANT TO SAVE HIM THE AGGRAVATION I WENT THRU, SO WHAT IS THE TRUTH???
