Good in soliciting the money bad in returning the money
TraderXP is also trading as Cititrader.com. Stay away from both of these, they will take your money and not return it to. There are just too many complaints against this company to risk depositing money with them.

Closure of Account and fraud
So glad I ran across this page. I saw an ad on craigslist saying if I invest $200 Cititrader.com will give me a $50 bonus and match my initial deposit. Giving $450 in my account. There is a guy that runs a site called "Optionseverday.com" that promises to trade your money for you in good faith. That after you pay him a $35 fee via paypal and fund your Cititrader.com account to email him the account username and password. Then he will do everything from there and you can withdraw your money everyday. He leaves a local number on the site. But there is no physical office. He says that they have an office in downtown Los Angeles and a headquarters in Malibu. But they only meet with people if they are investing over $100, 000.00!
I was very tempted to try it, but something told me to check to see if there are any complaints on this company. Looks like there is! Apparently they are changing their name and identity to keep people in the dark. Well, beware of these scammers please... I never sent my money. And I am sure there are gonna be many that do. Spread the word...

Good in soliciting the money bad in returning the money
I got scared at first because of the bad reviews I saw here, TraderXP reassured me that the new management is doing thing right, still was kind of scared. but eventually they word was good, I still trade and I get my withdraws on a monthly basis like agreed upon beginning. I actually opened a second account for me wife, so far so good.

Good in soliciting the money bad in returning the money
I have deposited €200 twice and got a 70% bonus on the whole amount. This volume you have to reach is a real pain in the ass! Profited though and took it out right away. It took me about a week to get back. Was talking to Daniela Richter. No idea about the rest but German service seem legit to me.

theft of your funds
Traderxp will keep your funds if you make a profit and they will keep your funds if you don't make a profit. They will keep your funds.
They will not process your withdrawal requests. They will arbitrarily and repeatedly cancel your withdrawal requests ad infinitum in the hope that you will tire of the exercise.
In addition, they hold trades open for an extended time or close trades in advance of expiry depending which is to their advantage. The currency price quotes are created falsely and do not represent the real prices of the currency. Traderxp appears to be a sophisticaated consistent and ongoing fraud.

TraderXP
Dear rwwrca,
It has never been the policy of TraderXP to “seize client’s money” arbitrarily. Our clients who choose to invest are expected to understand the terms and conditions, especially the rules surrounding withdrawals and bonuses. A client who does not take a bonus can withdraw at any time, assuming they have funds in their account and they have provided us with their documents. If a client has taken a bonus, they are required to make the appropriate turnover to withdraw the bonus and/or any profits made from the bonus. If you or anyone you know has an issue with TraderXP or has funds they feel entitled to, please contact us at [email protected] for clarification and/or a resolution.
Sincerely,
Maria Carmen

TraderXP
Dear Byron,
TraderXP is a professional trading company with many years of experience in the industry. There are specific terms and conditions that we adhere to, which are located very clearly on our website for all to see. It is completely inconsistent with the company’s ethics and rules to withhold funds from clients who are entitled to such. Funds can only be “withheld” from a client if they have a bonus without appropriate trade turnover, they have not sent in their documents, and/or there are no existing funds in the account as a result of their own lost trade investments. If you or someone you know feels they are entitled to funds under the TraderXP terms and conditions which they have not been able to receive, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance, clarification, and/or a resolution.
Sincerely,
Maria Carmen

Unauthorized withdrawal of Money using my debit card
After making a deposit of £400 I received a call from a trader who advised me unless I had a minimum of £1,000 it wouldn't be worth trading. I told him I didn't want to deposit any further money into this. The following day I noticed £600 had been taken from my debit card unauthorised on the 10th July 2013. I did not authorise this payment.
I have been corresponding with Maria Carmen in TraderXP customer services about this and was advised that it would be returned, but my money has not been returned.
When I asked her who do I make a complaint to she advised me to write to FSA in Bulgaria. I have her email as proof
When I email Maria now she does not reply
Please advise where you want me to send email correspondence.
