Pelican Beach Ripoff Updates? Tom Wriley the Criminal!

We were scammed out of hundreds of thousands of dollars in 2004 by Tom Wriley and Bill Mabra for a useless piece of oceanfront property that we will never be able to build on.
We were wondering if anyone had any new information regarding these criminals as we notice the TCT is advertising selling lots on Cozumel on Facebook.
Are these criminals in cahoots with the Mexican Govt selling and re-selling the same lots over and over to unsuspecting people, mostly Americans?
If you are considering dumping your money on this scam, I would sincerely encourage you to rethink that purchase.
Once the money is wired, you will never be able to contact this ghost named Tom Wriley and is cohort Bill Mabra.
