Bad service
Sorry about your troubles with this unethical company. Unfortunately, we also know that trying to talk to them is like talking to a brick wall. Worse company we've dealt with in 30 years of business. Our contract ended in January and they just dinged our bank account - their reason for trying to steal our money is "the computers don't know your contract ended." I had to pay my bank to block future debits from them. Thieves!!

Fraud
This company is completely fraudulent. We needed to update our processing equipment so, when the woman from Trans Tech talked to my husband, he believed her and signed us up. The first month we were charged more than five times what we had ever paid with our old processing company. We tried calling her and she acted like she didn't understand how this could happen. We then talked to customer service and were informed that there was nothing wrong with the charges, they were all legitimate! She had told us that we would be on a flat rate of .79% for all credit card transactions, we were charged as much as 3.3%. She said that all debit card transactions were at no charge because we had a pin pad and they were verified by pin. We were charged over $60.00 just for debit transactions. We were double billed for the equipment and she had sold him on a gift card program that was supposedly free for the first three months. We hadn't even used it yet and were billed.
The contact was signed on 12/28/14 and we didn't receive the equipment until 1/6/15. We were billed for December even though we didn't have the equipment yet.
Please play it smart and check out any company trying to sell you anything. Especially something that requires signing a contract.
