Did not help me sell my timeshare

One year ago I agreed to receive their help on selling my timeshare. I have sent them $1500.00, which is the usual price for such services, so I did not think this would be a scam. However, as time went by, I did not heard anything back form the company, and I was unable to call them as well.
Now it’s been more than a year, and I’m still trying to make them return my money.
