Stay Away from Travelocity Aslo
Travelocity is also part of Expedia and Travelscape. I bought a vacation package, with insurance and then had to cancel. They refunded my hotel with no problems, but they keep running into errors trying to process the refund from the flight. They keep promising they will come up with a solution in 48 hours, but it's been over a week now and still no refund. After reading these other reviews, I see I am not the only one that has had an issue like this. This makes me think I just need to talk to an attorney and start with a demand letter and go from there. I wounder if everyone would start getting their refunds that are due to them if everyone started suing them.

Hotel Booking Confirmation
Hi. I booked a one night stay at Breakfree on Clarence Hotel, 193-195 Clarence Street, Sydney New South Wales 2000, for N/O 4 April 2019. Paid with PayPal. Got a receipt from PayPal. I have no confirmation of the booking. I rang the hotel chain yesterday and they gave me verbal confirmation but said any formal confirmation would have to come from the booking website, which I presume is you. If that is so, could you please email me a confirmation? Email or cell is fine.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY - NO WAY TO CANCEL RESERVATION OR GET REFUND
My hotel booking at Best Western Tehachapi was made through BringFido.com. The dates "self-populated" on the website for the wrong dates (I did not select ANY dates at all) and suddenly I had a non-refundable reservation for 3 days in July. As I only wanted 1 day in August I tried to change the dates. No luck with hotel, BringFido said no luck either so I opened a dispute with my credit card.
after 8 weeks I received a notification from my c/card company including a letter from Travelscape, a company I had never heard of, stating that the dispute was closed with no refund due. My research shows that the hotel canceled the booking immediately but it seems that Travelscape kept my refund.

Profits Over People
My father died and we were forced to deal with his passing. Major airlines granted us a refund for our flight and sent the check to Travelscape 3 months ago. Over 30 emails and phone calls later, Travelscape will not return our calls or letters. Noting more to add!

SCAM ARTISTS
I received a call from travelscape(Carlos Rios) with an offer to buy a timeshare I own. Basically I discovered they were requiring an 8% fee up front to close escrow. This amounted to over $2000 that I would pay out before escrow could close. This is unethical and not normal escrow procedure. When brought to their attention, the representative rudely hung up on me. This can only be a scam and cruel to anyone that is naive with business procedure.

The room provided in the Travelscape LLC booking was grossly erroneous – king bed room was ordered ( along with request for corner room, upper floor ). Room provided in the reservation is one having 2 double beds. This reservation is gravely wrong, is not the room/bed size ordered and thus is not acceptable. The hotel booking company listed in the reservation email - Travelscape LLC - that presumably provided the hotel booking/reservation – does not appear to be a valid company, phone ( as above) does not work/is not a valid number and neither does the website come-up/work. I contacted all given contacts in 5 attempts to correct the room. The original company I started with could not according to its representatives do anything to correct the situation. Two that I spoke with,
A, one in Mexico, I got cut off while she was checking on correcting – call went to customer survey and I got cutoff;
B. Bailey, Jacksonville, SC, whom advised that changes/cancellations, etc., depended on 3rd part booking procedures/rules and they could not make changes, nor correctios, etc. to the booking
2. I tried all phone numbers in the emailed reservation listing, info from internet, etc. and could not get in touch with Travelscape LLC. As a matter of information Travelscape LLC has thousands of complaints across many States , is not listed in BBB; phone number did not work and neither did its supposed website. Why is anyone doing business with Travelscape LLC ??
