Treasure Coast convinced my father to make a very foolish investment with his retirement savings in their leveraged silver plan. They structured the system so that the account actually decreases at a steady 22%-23% annual rate when the value of silver remains the same! They provided the additional margin silver on a "demand loan" which means that they can demand the loan be repaid at any time. When the value of silver declined last month they simply liquidated the entire account to zero and closed the entire account without notice. The company's contract says that you should "assume our agents interests are adverse to your own" which may be the one thing they were honest about. For many reasons stay away from this company.
