Tired of Waiting
I'm so angry with myself for buying from a company I've never used before. But my son in law is very ill, and I was just trying to get my six year old granddaughter something that would cheer her up. She loves all animals, but her favorite is wolves. She had been saving her own money (I paid her for little jobs, she really wanted to buy it herself) to buy a Moving Mouth Wolf Mask. I'd been searching the Internet for weeks because she wanted it before her Daddy has major surgery in the middle of June. She's a little bit of a prankster, just like her Daddy, and she wanted to "scare" her Daddy to make him laugh. We had been searching for weeks, but every company I've used before did not have this mask in stock, and none had a date that they would have it in stock again. Finally we found one, the company was www.ledchristmaslighting.com, a company I'd never purchased from before. But this is my baby, a six year old little girl who has Faith, who knows God hears her, and never doubts that a kind word or deed can make a difference in anyone's life. And Lord knows she's seen enough pain and sickness to get even the toughest heart down.......her Daddy faces up to a 30 day hospital stay for recovery from his surgery, she's had to move out of the only home she's ever known, her favorite uncle was battling cancer (thank God, he's cancer free today), she lost her very first BFF Bo the Boston Terrier, she hasn't known a continuous 60 day period in almost three years that her Daddy hasn't been hospitalized at least once, she even knows what to do when he has a seizure. Okay, okay, sorry for going on a tangent, but I'm just so mad that I have to tell her again tomorrow that her mask hasn't come in, and that I haven't even been able to get the company to respond to my emails or phone calls. During my anger filled research I did find out a few useful pieces of information though. First, the order I placed was not under the same company name as the company that my PayPal paid for my order. PayPal has my payment going to a company named Tri North Lighting, Inc. I'm pretty sure that the business world doesn't care about my granddaughter's $61 or that one little girl didn't get her Mouth Moving Wolf Mask before her Daddy goes into the hospital AGAIN, or that no six year old should ever hear the words "survivable odds"! But y'all know what just might get the right kind of negative attention that is needed to make the right people hold this company accountable for every dollar they've swindled decent honest people out of? Now I could be being naive because I'm so angry for my baby, but I'll still try if I have to disappoint her by telling her that she is not getting her mask...........I found, and took a snap shot of a simple thing at the bottom of the "Contact Customer Service" page on www.ledchristmaslighting.com, which I have attached to my Review. I have no knowledge concerning the legality of advertising on websites, but I refuse to believe that household recognized and respected companies and franchises like HGTV, NBC, DISCOVERY CHANNEL, EXTREME MAKEOVER HOME EDITION, and MAN CAVES, etc will be happy knowing that a company that is scamming people, especially children by offering hard to find toys, is using their respected names and franchises as advertising on their websites under the title "SEE OUR PRODUCTS FEATURED ON:"! If I do not receive the mask that my baby worked to pay for herself, or a 100% uncomplicated timely refund, then I am contacting every company and/or franchise listed on their websites and providing them with every single piece of information I have showing that the company using their good names to make potential customers trust them is a scam, plus the website I'm on right now so these companies can see all of the complaints y'all have all made too. My efforts may never accomplish a thing, but my granddaughter will know that I tried!
