false advertising

4 years ago I purchased Trilogics. I had recently lost my husband and was looking to try and earn an income. My biggest complaint with this programe is that they made it out to be so easy to operate. IT ISNT and takes ,months of training. Even then their is no guarantee it will work for you. I was given the number of different people to call who used the program and they all attested that it worked for them. One lady said it was so easy her 5 year old could operate it. SO SO not true.
after "paper trading/training" for a few months I then ventured into using real money and found that my nerves just could not handle it. It was so hit or miss. I became quite ill from it and asked if they would please consider refunding my money as I had only used it for a few weeks and just was not suited to it. It felt too much like gambling.
I was told they would not refund anything not even half when I requested at lease the. I had paid nearly $20,000!!!!
I made not one cent out of this program. I had lost my husband and was desperate but they just did not care.
They had nothing to lose by even giving me back half of my money. It is only a software program and some training sessions.
please keep you money. don not lose it like I did. I write this to try and stop others going through the pain I did.
I complained to the ACCC. I am amazed that they are still operating and get away with such false advertising.
If they do as well as they say they do and it is that easy to sell and operate. why not refund something to a customer who genuinely couldn't use it. I even had a medical certificate to show it was causing me extreme anxiety. They just did not care.
MY ADIVICE WOULD BE TO SAVE YOUR MONEY. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
