Dear all,



My name is Sanith. Please note that oyo trips is a fake company.
Me nd my wife subscribed with them unfortunately and now running behind the company for refund.

Invited us offering a gift, then offered 12 room nights in any 4star hotel around the globe and fully sponsored 6 nights Europe trip including flight tickets for a subscription of AED18000.

No responds from the company

1. They dont pay my money back, they said they will give it after 90 days which I dont think is going to happen and now the management is not responding to my calls or mail.

2. Initially they sd they will deduct 28% of the 18000 I paid as admin expenses. Most important point is that I have not even availed a single service from them

3. From reviews what I understand is that only way to get back you money is approach the govt

Kindly advise the procedure to complaint to the concerned department in the govt

I will try my best to post this in all relevant sites.. atleast not anyone in the future get scammed
