have been taking advatnage to steal my money
At first two of their representatives offered me to sign up with their company, as I would receive a free phone a free services for some time. They took the number of my credit card “just in case”, and since then they have been robbing me! I am not able to deal with the problem, because I’m disabled. I need help!

BEWARE OF TRUE WIRELESS
I recently got a Lifeline phone through True Wireless. It took me weeks to get the phone and when I did it was a beat up piece of junk that never worked properly. It echoed, often would not let me make calls (giving the message "mobile network not available" and after about 3 weeks stopped working completely. I could not make calls, send texts or receive calls. I made many calls to them, had online chats with them and went to their local store twice and still did not have service. For the first couple of days they tried to blame this on AT&T saying it was a problem with them and they were working on it. I was told at least 8 times that my phone would be working within 2 hours. Finally about the 3rd or 4th day they told me they thought it might be a problem with my sims card and they would mail me another one, but I had already been told by one of their reps that on this particular phone I could not access the sims card. I asked them if I could take the phone to their Tulsa location and exchange it for another phone to see if that would work and was told no, I could not. So I was just stuck with this phone that I cold not get service on. At that point I returned the phone to their store and cancelled my non-working service with them. Now they have put a 12 month hold on my Lifeline so I can't even go somewhere else to get phone service. I have filed a complaint with USAC and FCC but this takes time and in the meantime I cannot get phone service and they can continue to collect government funds every month for a service they are not even providing. It's unbelievable! I am an elderly woman with a severe medical condition and I need a phone. So BEWARE! If you are looking for Lifeline phone service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There have been so many complaints against them, they have a horrible rating with the Better Business Bureau, and have even been sued by the government for Lifeline fraud. I wish I had been smarter and checked them out first but I was ill and just trying to get a phone and didn't. But I want others to know about them so they can be better informed than I was.
