Am fed up with the imcompetent service I got. Settled the account march 2016 to my horow truworts handed me over to mbd while am owing them nothing they have been calling me countlesly explaining and sending proof that i paid the account.
Where can i complain cause its been months now and this issue is not reashing any solution am fed up with this

TRUWORTHS BAD SERVICE
truworths head office more than bad news. They put my purchase on 12 months with interest ,which I NEVER REQUSTED D. When I tried to have it corrected they charged me 12 months interests ,I paid after a long argument for the sake of progress. They advised me to call after paying so as to remove the 12 months. I called it took me half an hour to talk to someone who refused to effect process and just put phone aside and left me hanging.
CLOSING ACCOUNT IS ONLY OPTION .

I am a long standing customer, ID number, 6908015191081, I have been retrenched in April 2019. Your agents kept calling me to advise to make a payment, to whom I told them, I was unable to pay anything. (I'm only claiming Unemployment by 30/09/2019) After about 10 agents calling me, the last advised me that I have Account Protection, which I was paying. I then called Hollard last week requesting the way forward, they requested that I send all my requested documents, which I did by 02/09/2019. Today , @8:55 (03/09/2019) I called to confirm receipt of my document. The agent was extremely rude and unoblidging to assist me. I'm requesting a copy of that call recording so that I can take this matter further. I have paid for a service for which I'm not receiving.
PS: These things only have in South Africa, its 2019 and a MASSIVE Company as Truworths cant get their processes in order, but to put their paying customers through more hardship and agony....SERIOUSLY TRUWORTHS....
Its becoming a normal occurrence fro companies,like Truworths to take a customers money (pay for insurance) and not following through. WHY did it take 10 agents to advise me about my Account Protection.
I will be taking this further.
