Poor quality of pants

I bought a pair of black elasticated pants frm Truworths, Trade Route Mall last month (March 2014) . I have only worn it twice and already the waistband is torn completely . I am shocked at this poor quality that you are selling. I've always bought from Truworths and have always associated this store with the bestest of quality. This is really terrible. I am really disappointed with this purchase. I feel now I have to think twice abt going into your stores now. This has never happened to me before in any of the other retail stores. The best part is that these pants are so comfortable ..it's a pity it was made so poorly.

handed to lawyers

Hi guys,my name is sindi and I have been handed to lawyers by truworths my thing is I want to pay back every cent I owe but th latter states that I need to consult with th lawyers bcz I can't go to truworths and pay but my prblm is I no longer receive their latters because mt postal adress differs from my residential adress,what do I do ,my email is [email protected]

FAUTLY CELLPHONE DEVICES

I took my phone in to the Truworths in Eastgate Mall, on the 2nd December. When I called the MTN follow up centre on 0839000564 was took that the phone was only taken to the centre on the 7th meaning that the process was now delayed. I was promised weekly updates but none where provided. Everything I called the store I was told that the Cellphone lady is on lunch and I will be called back but now call back was provided. I am highly disappointed with the service that I have received. This is the second time that I have purchased a phone from the store and they end up being faulty. Why does MTN provide Truworths with faulty devices. I now have to pay the monthly instalment for a device that I do not have in my possession. Meaning that I need to purchase another device to have Truworths then returning the shitty Nokia N7plus back. this is incredibly unfair. I request rapid feedback and a proper phone

Service?

I was so shocked when I visit Thruworths Harrismith - the store looks terrible - the staff unprofessional - maybe I was to white for them .BEEE . Was not once greeted .
When I start to brows for a gift - it was signals and code talk like this department and this department is on lunch,. HALLO I am not an idiot .
Then The GUARD at the front door greet me and start talking to me like I am a child and an idiot. or a SHOPLIFTER that he needs to show they are aware of me.
I end of buying a gift card - the till the people are so busy with their conversations on the phone no hallo or are you please with the service.
I am proudly white - proud to be a woman of 3 businesses and today I am proud of my staff - they do not treat people the way I was treated.
Harrismith store need a wake up call in retail : Customer service are no 1 - store disciplines and athnosphere no 2 - your store image and shopper at ease no 3 .
And please do not employ people in BEE positions because it is political correct, place people via skills and need of the business.
I am very much dissapointed in Truworths Harrismith - thank you for treating me as a criminal in your shop.
