Accused of returning used shoes
On the 15 December I purchased a pair of DH sandals at your Sandton Branch JHB. On the 24th December I went to return it at your branch at the The Glen Shopping centre. I was told by the cashier they cannot give me a credit as the shoes were worn. I told the cashier I did not wear the shoes. I asked if I could speak to the manager. The manager came and I explained to her that I did not wear the shoes. She went on to say they will send it for analysis and will get back to me within 5 working days. Today is the 18th Jan and to date I have not heard from them. I called today and was told that it was declined. I asked for a reason and was told they cannot sell dirty shoes to a customer.I asked the cashier if that was the case how is it that dirty shoes were sold to me. He could not answer. The reason they put on the return slip is "Dirty underneath". I wore a new pair of sandals on christmas day and after using it for just a few hours I noticed scratches at the bottom, the rubber tip gives you an indication that it was worn and inside the sandal have a few toe prints on. You can definitely see this sandal was worn. I can't see how they accusing me of returning a worn shoe. Can someone please look into this matter.

Current balance
. On the 22nd of February 2013 at Truworths in Eastgate Shopping Centre I wanted to buy few things unfortunately I could not because someone has blocked my account. The staff from Truworths phoned Head office to clarify us and they told us to call Truworths in Cape gate. We phoned but nobody answered. I asked the staff to print out for me the current balance which says I owe R1640.71, I even got an SMS on the 22nd ofFebruary 2013 that reminds me of paying the amount of R294.00 before the 3rd of March 2013. On the 4th of March I paid the amount of R300 in Pretoria at Truworths Church street and still showing the balance of R1340.71. On the 8th of March 2013 I bought a Cobalt Tregging with the amount of R240.00 but when I get home and check the slip it shows my current balance of R6580.71. On the 12 of March at 09:54am I phoned the Truworths Customer Service about this matter and they told me that there is nothing much that they can do but I must just pay that balance. Further more they told me that Truworths Cape gate refunded me the amount of R5000 and I told the lady that I was in Cape Town in December I'm not staying there how did it happen? I told her that I've paid the amount of R5000 in December 2012 at Cape gate Truworths, she told me that whoever who was capturing the money in the store captured R10000 instead of R5000. You can imagine from December to March nobody called me to explain until they decide to increase my current balance. I believe that this is not fare to me as a customer and I always pay this account on time. My account number is 10100349897035
