never paid
I have been asked to help test their software which never worked, and I did not get paid for my own job, since they made it look like I did nothing at that time. I am going to file a case and leave this place.

fraudulent business
Beware of Doug Hughes and of HR Block! It seems they have hooked up to develop another fraudulent business. Stay away from them! Bad news!

stole my money!
I used their service for my taxback and I just lost my money! this company took my private details and then stole my tax money. I am trying to get my money back but they just keep ignoring my calls and messages!

Because of this company I was disappointed and also robbed. I ordered a TRX and never received it. I want my money back, you thieves!

bad service
I used to be very satisfied with TRX, but starting this year everything has changed. Their system does not work like it used to, but they are still taking the same amount of money, and don’t fix anything. I’m tired of waiting half an hour for each page to open.

TRX is a nightmare!
I purchased a new software from this company and after I paid they send me a code for the download. When I download and installed that software to my computer, in two days it stopped working. I contacted their support service but they never gave me any adequate advice and I had to spend more money on fixing my computer. After that accident I will never recommend this company to anyone!

I am writing this review to scare you aware from the TRS Tax Software. I have used this for many, many years, however, this year they substituted their home grown product. That would be fine except it does not work. At the beginning of this tax season, when I realized the issue, I figured I'd just tough it out this year. What a huge mistake I made. Wish I'd just bought the new software and moved on from this mess. Limits don't work, improper calculations, just the basics are a nightmare. So far, I've had to amend 3 returns. Wonder how many it will end up being? Forget about support. The phone support people have zero knowledge of income taxes or their software. I've spent hours correcting things and have found I have to override a lot of numbers because of simple calculation errors. Please pass this warning along to anyone contemplating this software. Even if it were free, don't do it!!

did not provide any service
I have been a customer of this company for many years, but lately they have disappointed me. I did not receive the parcel which I was waiting form, and the company does not wish to help me. I have asked them to search for the product, but they say it is not their responsibility.

charges
I am suspicious of this company since I have been noticing some charges on my cc and all of them are from TRX. I did not allow them to take any extra charges.
