Customer service

Card is fine until there is a problem and you need customer service. I just called to verify a payment t to capital one and it was verified. Put call on 3 way with capital one and rep from turbo flat out lied.after pressing her she verified payment. Every single time I have an issue I get lies and different stpries from every rep I talk to. I like the benefit of having my pay a few days early but the aggravation is not worth it. I will be going Monday to get an actual account at an actual bank.
