Inconsiderate Business

The company Amazon allowed someone to overdraft my account. So, I called Turbo Tax Prepaid company and requested a refund and I spoke to several managers and representatives and they were all rude. Then they lied and said they contacted Amazon and they stated that these charges were indeed mine. I then contacted Amazon gave them both of my account emails and they stated to me that those emails didn’t match with the email that the card was used for. So Turbo Tax denies my dispute and deem the charges valid. They say they don’t have email or fax so you have to mail proof to them what type of bs is this? I’m so done with this company.
