I received my TurboTax card and everything was going great until I started getting unusual withdrawals from my card and then I went to the store and I was declined right after I loaded $40 on to the card because it was declined again so that I can check my balance and I only have $23 on my card which was $100's less than I should have so I called the first woman from the TurboTax card and she was so rude to me and ended up blocking my card all's I wanted was a replacement card because I felt like something was wrong with this card so I had got my replacement card in the mail and they told me I had to upload a photo ID of myself I would take two business days to work I've done this 7 times and talk to somebody yet last night and still it's saying it won't accept the image I showed the image to everybody and everybody said they could see it and it was an extremely clear picture and they kept saying it's unclear and needs to be sent again I'm so frustrated and my money is tied up in my eBay account not to mention the money that's missing from my card I wish they would just help me
