TXU Energy are ripping me off
I signed up for TXU Energy services several months ago. They are charging me $400 and saying I'm paying late which is not true. I called the company with a complain ad they didn't help me at all. Instead thy said that if I wanted to cancel I had to pay another $400 which I simply can't afford. It is said and I feel screwed up because TXU Energy didn't mention these terms when I was signing up the contract.
