Do not use UK Visa and Immigration!! Save yourself some money and go to a real solicitor! I used them and got repulsed by what I got involved into a scam where phones are not answered, dodgy terms and conditions are imposed on you, wrong advices given!
If you are a victim of their service, please rememeber about Consumer protection Distant Selling Regulation 2000, whcih gives you & days cooling off period, which is extended to 3 months, due to them not giving you the notification if your right to cancel! Complain about them to teh Office of Fair Trading and OISC!!!

This company is a scam and I must agree with all the complaints as they were very helpfull untill I paid my money then they disapeared and never reply to e mails and to try and reach them by phone is impossible I will tell everyone how much of a scam they are. For those who claim they are great we don't believe it due to our bad service

My husband is very ill and has a daughter in Australia who he lost contact with for 32 years, we found her 3 years ago and thought that we would pay for her to come over to meet her dad. (no idea on immigration or anything) this was when we saw uk & visa immigration this looked a good place to start so we contacted them. Explained to them and we was told that we had to have proper papers and yes they could sort everything out for us but it would cost £500 for legal work (great we thought at last he would see his daughter) after paying £500 we could not get them on phone as paper work was wrong every time either was not in and would get back to us but no reply till one night at quarter to seven we got a reply we had cause to phone again no reply lost count on how many times we tried. my husband then got information and was told that his daughter could come over on a British passport in her own right as her farther is UK born. we were given misrepresentation by these people. i e-mailed them wanting my money back as it was only days since they took it but i was told that i could not get it as it was used for legal work BUT THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING unless it was putting money in the bank we are both shocked and upset about this now we will not be able to pay for her as we are old age pensioners and our fund have gone to this un scruples firm from a very irate person

Complain to OISC and Trading Standards as these people are a fraud! Also get all the documents together and send them to your bank and ask for a chargeback. Don't let these people get away with this. Please leave negative reviews everywhere as it is the only way to stop other people from using UK Visa and Immigration and getting scammed!

Please complain to OISC and Trading Standards! Also contact your bank and ask them for a chargeback if you paid by card! Don't let them get away with this! Get your money back and leave reviews all over to stop other people from using UK Visa and Immigration and being scammed! Best of luck!

UK VISA AND IMMIGRATION IS A FRAUD!!!Please complain about them to OISC and Trading standards!!! They are scamming a lot of innocent people!! Also please leave reviews of your experience on other websites, like review centre, qype.com, yelp.com. This will stop other people from falling prey to the dishonest service of UK Visa and Immigration!
Also get all the evidence together and ask your bank for a chargeback! Do not let them get away with it!
