Poor Management

We were on vacation in August 2017 and went thru an e-toll. Tried to find it online to pay, but you can't pay it without the toll #. As a lease the vehicle is registered to US Bank, the financing company, so I reached out to them as to if they had received an invoice. They assured me they had not and would forward same to us if they did receive one.
I received a notice in March, 2018, SEVEN MONTHS LATER, sent by them to my OLD address that it was in collections! The $6.00 toll was now $66.00 and had been put on our credit reports as a collections case! They have our new address, as they sent our monthly statements/invoices to us after we moved. In summation....due to their poor clerical and administrative work, I will have a negative mark on my credit report for the next 7 years because of their incompetency!
