Not making car payments

I understand where this person is coming from. I cancelled my service with them on December 20, 2011 and they owed me a refund. I was told it was "supposedly" sent out on January 13, 2012. Today is January 21, 2012 and I still have not received my refund. As they state on their website, they send the payments to your loan company biweekly, LIE!!! They take it from you bank account biweekly but they only make the payment once a month. They use your money to earn interest to make the company fat and happy. You are better off to make the payments yourself. First of all, the money should be refunded electronically just like it is taken out not sent to you in check form. Second of all, it shouldn't take over 30 days to process the refund. The company is a fraud. If anyone asks you to do business with them DON'T!!!
