Can't anyone do anything???
This company is a total scam! Someone must stop them! They have cheated a lot of people, including me! Why no one does anything! Police must have hundreds of reports about the company! Why they are still in business???

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
IF YOU EVER NEED TO GET A PASSPORT EXPEDITED...DO NOT USE A COMPANY CALLED
"US PASSPORT NOW".
THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE....THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE INCOMPETENT AND RUDE AND THEY DO NOT OWN UP TO THERE MISTAKES. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY WHEN REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIMES. I AM REQUESTING A REFUND OF SOME MONEY THEY CHARGED ME TO UP SELL ME ON EXPEDITING MY SONS PASSPORT. THEY DID THIS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT GET MY PASSPORT APPLICATION IN TIME. THEY DIDN'T GET THE APPLICATION BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENT STAFF THAT DIDN'T PICK UP THE APPLICATION FROM FED EX ON THE DAY IT SHOWED. I HAVE THE TRACKING # TO PROVE THE DAY IT ARRIVED. THEY PICKED IT UP 2 DAYS LATE AND THEN CALLED ME TELLING ME THEY NEEDED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $50.00 IF I WANTED TO GET MY SONS PASSPORT IN TIME.
I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED ONCE. THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ANDREA WAS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
REMEMBER "US PASSPORT NOW"....THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.....DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED TO EXPEDITE THE PASSPORT PROCEDURE!

No Refund
I just discovered that USPASSPORTNOW.COM has charged me $129 on my MasterCard.
Twenty days ago I did go to their website and begin filling in the requested information but backed out at the last minutes (BEFORE authorizing the use of my credit card). They now tell me that I agreed to a portion of their contract requiring me to notify them of any cancellation within 24 hours. That may be so but nothing should be final until the last step in the process is completed. That occurs when you click the "submit" button. They also claim that they sent me some forms via e-mail. l just found them in the "junk mail". During today's conversation with them I was asked if I'd like to cancel the order. Of course, I said yes. No matter -- I still have to pay and they won't reverse the charge.
Learn from my mistake -- deal directly with the U.S. Passport Office at travel.state.gov.

BEWARE of 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Customer service is very unpleasant. Their representative is impolite with no regards to client concern. Don't even think about using this service. You are better off going straight to the US Passport Office. It'll save you a lot of grief and remorse.
BEWARE of the fine print - 24 hour cancellation policy. Do not submit or agree to their terms and conditions unless you are absolutely sure that you have no doubt in your mind that this the route you want to take. Otherwise, if you decide to cancel your order and you miss their 24 HOUR deadline, you are out of luck. NO REFUND. You are bound to absorb their so called reservation cost to the fullest amount. And if you attempt to contact their customer service line, you will only regret calling them in the first place. Save yourself of the hassle and aggravation. This company is a SCAM.

worst company ever
Worst company ever....
Rude customer service....
They play games with people's money and time....
They refuse to take ownership of their own mistake...
They don't return phone calls, they make you jump through hoops and then still don't deliver your passport. ..
They are just interested in running and charging your credit card...scam artists are their best....
Taking advantage of people on a panic situation. ...
