Took money from my account even though the services was not ment for me

I have been harassed by this company for the past few weeks. They have been trying to make me sign up for their services. They kept telling me my boss needed their services. I tried telling them, that if my boss needs them, they should contact him. But they still took money from my credit card! I called them and said I wanted a refund, and I don’t have anything to do with their company, however, they did not listen. THIS IS PURE FRAUD!
