I ordered my wedding dress from them. I can’t express how lucky I am to find this company to make my wedding dress! I received my wedding dress in time! It is very well made and in very good condition. It was a bit long when I tried it on, but I wore heels on my wedding day so that worked! Also I love all the beautiful handmade work on my dress, they are AMAZING and I am thrilled! I got a lot of compliments on my wedding day!

guys dont buy from utsavsarees this website only sells damaged product
see below item the lower part pallu of saree is torn and when you buy they will only sell this
i have got 3 used damaged product and they did not refund fraud website
trust me this website only cheats they dont send items and when they send its only damaged i think they buy used products and then sell online

Yes even they did the same to me also but one smart thing I did was I paid through PayPal.this is what happened I ordered a material from them of worth $200.before placing the order ii contacted them they said they would take return if I am not satisfied with the product.after I got it I felt like I can spend $80 on that and not $200.i tried to contact them they say I have to mail them if I mail them they won't reply to me after this went on for 10 days I felt cheated and contacted PayPal for help.you know what they immediately answered my mail with kind discount also.but I asked for a refund after what all hapened.three cheers to PayPal.so beware and PayPal through PayPal with them and don't wat more than a month just go ahead and call papal for help.they will be there for you.but after 45 days even they won't come to your rescue.i think these people are trying to take advantage of all this.just be smart enough to deal with this kind of websites

Poor customer service
UTSAV is the worst online shop ever we ordered from them a product and after a long long delay they told us that we should choose another product coz its damaged. We never ever recommend anyone to buy from them besides they have horrible customer care services. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
