Don't waste your money on uwdress.com. Almost every dress looks similar and doest have many designs. I would continue to cooperate with vandresses that I used to

too big
The shoes I bought are too big for me and I would have to pay to ship it back, so I guess that's on me. I lost.

Unreliable and unrespectful
Ordered one pair of shoes from uwdress.com Unreliable and unrespectful. It was not what i ordered. I would continue to buy from uushouse that I used to buy.

Shipping costs back are outrageous
I purchased 4 dresses for a purchase price of around $320 which included a shipping cost of $30. I called to negotiate free shipping based on bulk buying which is typically here in the USA. They would not budge. When I received the dresses all of the zippers on them would only go up half ways and would get stuck. I contacted and their solution was to take them to a tailor...really!!!! After paying so much for the dresses I was not about to spend more. They said to ask the local shipping carrier the price to ship back and delivery date. I went to UPS and they said it would cost $230 to ship back. I was beside myself. I refuse to pay over $260 just in shipping costs ($30 to ship to USA plus $230 to ship back to China). I filed a dispute with my credit card company for this is truly a scam. I recommend to everyone not to buy anything from this company.

Do Not Order from this site!!
I ordered a custom made dress for my wedding. they got the measurements wrong, the bust is to big. I asked to return and was told that most customers exchange the dress since return costs are high. I told them I did not want to order another dress from an on-line service. Due to potential of needing to re-return because it didn't fit well. I couldn't get a straight answer from them . I was then told I could exchange the dress but would have to pay $60.00 out of pocket. I always think they only post positive reviews on their site. I posted on for the dress I bought two months ago and haven't seen it on their site. Wish I had researched more before buying through them.
