False Advertising
We were given the opportunity to hear this companies sales pitch. They brag about being one of 4 major wholesale distributors for vacation deals to hotels, airlines, excursions and getaways. They indicate they can provide discounts for packages at no less than 20%. I asked them if they can match or beat my current state government deals, and they told me that is a sure thing. I was also afforded the opportunity to add up to 7 family/friends to this offer. They gave me an example of a Sandals All Inclusive discount they could offer at 695.00/person but of course, provided no proof of this. It was just written down. And you can bet I'm including this to my letter to the Board of Directors. You sign information about the contract on the front page when you don't even know there's a back page to review about cancellation. They offer 3 days cancellation of the contract. We lowered our contract from over $6500 to just over $3,000. We left from our vacation in Savannah, GA and returned home in 4 days. We already had a trip planned for Hawaii but I thought I'd inquire to see what they could do. Although they tell you in their pitch they only offer 4 and 5 star resorts/hotels, etc., the one they offered me in Hawaii was a 2 star which had terrible reviews. The deals on car rentals were astronomical. We already had our itinerary set, and thank goodness we did it ourselves. This company is a SCAM. Plain and Simple. They lie to you, get your money and avoid telling you or even showing you that you have only 3 days to cancel. Do Not believe their Guarantee either. This means you still have to use their services for 5 years minimum and whatever difference there is to what you paid for the contract, they claim they will give you back. But you Must use their supposed deals that they offer each year. They are NOT members of the Better Business Bureau and they have changed the name of their company due to lawsuits so they may not be recognized. The state of GA should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a company like this to operate in their state. If I don't get a refund or my money back, I will take it as far as I can go. If anyone else suffers damages and gets their money back, please inform us here and anywhere else so we will know the best approach on getting monies returned and how to get rid of this company once and for all.

Vacation Inspirations - not inspiring at all, instead extremely disappointing!
Have not had any customer service after several requests. One request was met with " you need to check with Airbnb!" Last two requests were ignored and no response. I am finding that it is a non-existence service, and one that no one really needs to pay to be a member with all the great travel websites available with better pricing! My advice is save your money and avoid this company.
