I'm a member of the company Vacations International. Since for more than three years. I have encountered some default at the beginning of a socialist with them but soon ended this negligence after my visit to the headquarters of their company. Since that time until today have not encountered any problems with them and I have visited several countries I dreamed that one day I visit

About this cheating scheme of “Vacation International” one of my Indian employees told me. He lost AED 1000. I made sure that he discontinues further payments.
My employee was cheated while he was shopping with his family in Burjuman center Dubai. There will be a tall black guy who will be approaching you. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS GUY… JUST WALK AWAY….Because you cannot escape their skills of verbal terrorism.
Please give wide publicity in Indian local news papers about this. It is very important… many people might not read this forum… SOON before these guys cheat many more…, their target is normally Indians specially English speaking.
Alert all your friends and relatives. THIS IS A BIG SCAM GOING ON IN DUBAI. Please stay away. Remember good friends, NOTHING COMES FREE in this world. Your hard earned money here in Dubai is for your family. Do not give these to these BLOOD SUCKING crooks.
Believe me …sooner than later….these crooks will have it…... It is the nature’s law…

i'm Sivakumar joined vacation international almost 5 years ago in fact what i got is real and profissional team they knows how to serve after selling proceed just to be fair i couldn't find any thing wrong and the staff their are helpful .

I am one who already use Vacations International program since six months ago. I received the final contrac withen 60 days and also received my membership card. Before that the company booked for me one week at a resort in Malaysia, but they asked me to wait for 21 days to receive the reservation according to the contract condition and actually i got the reservation before 21 days . I am so Surprised because each product has a specification and how you can use it in the right way but if there is some people they use it in the wrong way does not mean that the product is not good or the dealer is selling lousy product and is not valid in my opinion that's a very fair systemay

Hi all i am really surprise from the things written on this web site . because most of them they wrote bad things against some companies they have long history in the market and they do great services to them customer . i am one who bought vacation international system since 5 years i do many trips with them specially to far east egypt Tunisia and two time to u.s.a so they do for me all my inquiry and they never said to me its not available so to whom they wrote here go to them and ask them to do your service. i really appreciate those companies that they do the services in the right way

I am a member with vacation international company . i had use my member ship so many times . i do my reservation on line throw my user name and password . so to all people be patient until your member ship card then every things will go smoothly i face some problem before receiving my card.

I am member of vacation international company and interval international i toke my contract long time back and i have been to many country throw this contract and i got a lot of discount throw the golden card that i have . just before one week i got a letter for interval international in this letter they give me some bounce weeks with just 199 $ i some selected countries like USA many destination Europe specially Spain and Canada + Caribbean island so thanks for this amazing services.

I just couldn't understand why are they still operating up to now despite the fact that they are cheating people. We could be one of you by now but thanks had seen these complains before seeing them. This could be ceased immediately to avoid innocent people being fooled. Government Authorities should investigate and stop them from operating.

I am a member of vacation international since two year and i got all the promisses thy gave me that day i sing the contract with them . and i have been to three destenation . The most important thing the timeliness of booking.And choose the place and give 3 suggestions for places to be booked for you in one of these places as soon as possible and within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of travel. its wonderful system.

Dear all,
If you’re seeing this message means you must be a victim of this company. They are full of lies right from the beginning, all promises were fake. They are professional in cheating business, they know how to bait the hook by playing around the UAE law. Even Dubai Economics Department accepts they are cheating (refer gulf news article link), DED simply says "only higher authorities can take action against them". Still if you go to court, you may have to spend 5000+ Dhs to conduct the case which is not possible for a common expat. Some people manage to conduct case in Dubai court, and get favorable judgment (which confirms they are cheaters). They even threaten you to drop the case, this means they are not only cheaters but also criminals.
When I signed contract with them. I read complaints board & went to them for contract cancellation, they convinced me by telling "Anyone can post on complaints board, there is no control. We are in market for 12 years & now some competitors are trying to destroy our name". I believed them & spent another 100 $ in renting weeks, still now I didn't receive any offers from that website. Finally I lost another 800+ dhs. Then I realized, my stupidity & started believing complaints board comments.
Recently I got a call from one of the victim, he says " I signed contract with them on 2010, also paid all installments of 28K+ & still now didn't get rent out money from that interval website". While he is not able to sell his timeshare property as well, over and above he has to pay yearly maintenance charges. THIS IS THE PROBLEM
I can list out all fake promises:
1. Vacation international will rent minimum 4-6 weeks from the customer, with a comission for them. (Actual case is "they dont rent for us at all")
2.Customers can withdraw the money anytime through ADCB Bank (Lie)
3.They say you can get rent out offer of 2000 to 3000 $ for double romm 6 occupancy (Actual case is "You will not get any offer at all")
4.Their customer service staffs are very very inefficient, not available all time, they say will call u back (but never).
Ultimately, If you invest in some property there should be some benefit out of it. In presentation they say you can make good money by renting weeks. Otherwise you can sell property at good appreciation. NOTHING HAPPENS - ALL ARE LIES - CHEATERS. Whatever these cheaters promise in the presentation is a total lie, the above case is the proof. These cheaters play with "trust", for which only god can punish them.
Those who've made contract with these cheaters, please read through the below points (actions to follow) to retrieve your money back. This is applicable only within 10 days of contract signing, after that no way (except court)
1. Do not communicate with vacation cheaters at all.
2. Go directly to Dubai Economic Department (Ahlan Dubai) near clock tower round about.
3.Take all your contract papers, receipt documents & submit the complaint by filling the form given by them.
4.Initially DED may resist to accept your complaint, don’t leave them stay strong on your point (tell them I want to meet higher authority, if you don’t take my case).
5.After filing complaint, don’t ever ever listen to vacation cheaters. They will try to give you more offers to make you take back the complaint.
6.If you listen to them, that’s it they will fool you again.
Already so many cases are going in Dubai court, even court has ordered them to refund the money to some victims. As usual I am not a competitor of vacation cheaters, am also an innocent victim trying to retrieve my money back.
They do say you "we are in this business for past 12+ years and now some competitors are trying to destroy our name". I say who destroy their business.

3.Their lazy customer service, who are least bothered about customers queries. No matter how many times you call them, they never call you back. Always busy, tell the same to all customers!!!

You may see some satisfied, brullient, excellent comments created in this site by their cheats (sales & staff), to be more specific half educated fellows. If you read all their comments, you can feel same broken English in all good comments. Think why? Its their staff (victims/customers those who've spoken with their staff personally, can clearly identify that!!!)
All I’ve mentioned is true, so many hundreds of people have lost their money (refer gulf news article).

Be honest
I have a membership with vacation international for more than four years. i Never encountered any problem with them, whether in booking or any other inquiries. And during my research on the internet i read some complaints against this company and I've written my experience with them.To be honest I never had any problems in my vacation with them .Not all that is written here is true experience the best proof

Cheating/Financial Fraud
These are the steps that they are following to trap innocent people for this scam.
1.They invite you at the mall Kiosk for a “FREE” vacation, yes they do say that it is a “FREE” vacation to promote tourism in Egypt.
2.They ask you to fill a form for a lucky draw as it seems to be a running promotion.
3.Once you fill in the form you receive a call within 30-60 Minutes that you have won, in order to claim you prize you need to visit their office.
4.On visiting their office, they ask you to fill in a form and sign the application of attendance and a “SIMPLE 90 MINUTES PRESENTATION” is given.
5.After the presentation the ask you to sign the application for the “FREE” holiday and ask for your credit card for hotel guarantee.
6.Credit card swapped (AED 16000-20000) depending on the number of people, signed form actually includes a “NON-REFUNDABLE STAMP”
I signed time share contract with Vacation International Dubai on 25th November 2011 for which I made a down payment of AED.17,950/-. On 07 December 2011, exactly after 12 days, I inform them my intention to cancel the contract.This 12 days included 02 weekends ( 4 days) then actual working days comes 8 days only. (their working hours schedule attached) However, my contract does not include any cancellation period as well. Then, they told me to come on 15th December 2011 to cancel the contract, on this day officially cancelled the contract and same day they gave me the refund letter as well.In the process they insisted me to surrender the original contract and the receipt for the payment I made, in return they provided me a letter which that stated they would make the refund by cheque.On 03rd January 2012, this fraudlent company emailed me stating that my refund has been rejected and I have no right to ask for further payment however, they have not paid any money to me.
Since AED15,000/- I paid this money thru HSBC Credit card, I informed to the Bank as well. They have taken more than 09 months to investigate this matter and finally came back and ask me to go to independent legal authority. I checked with individual lawyers and some law firms as well. However they do not like to entertain this type of cases because the amount disputed is very small for them. If I go to the court definitely I can win this case however, I have to spend more money than my loss money. Then what is the point go to the court ?
Then, as per gulf news article in May 13, 2012, I complained to the Department of Economic Development. They also investigated. They finally decided they also cannot handle this case due to 10 days rule. However, they might have not realized 10 days means actual working days or including week ends. As per accused company Vacation International, working schedule, specifically they have mentioned that Fridays and Saturdays are not working . Then except Fridays and Saturdays within 8 days I have informed them to cancel my contract. As per Department of Economic Development point of view, this is the (inform them within 10 days) only requirement to get back my hard earned money ( Dhs17950/-) from this fraudulent company and Economic Department has the Federal Authority to intervene. They have settled many similar cases against this fraudulent company, before go to court.
In the same time, I would like to mention that this company is already black listed in UAE and there are many complaints against them. As per recent newspaper article in the GULF NEWS which says this is a scam and it gives warning to general public that not to be victims from these thieves. Soon after the credit card transaction, I cancelled my original credit card and obtained replacement card instead, because I suspected these thieves have stolen my credit card number. There are many more people have already become victims from these thieves. Most disgusting matter is, despite all these complains, still these people are carry on their business as usual. Before go to the Economic Department, I visited once again this place in an attempt to convince them one more time to recover this amount. They not only humiliated/abused me but they physically pushed me out of their office and threatened me not to come hereafter. They are not happy my complains to HSBC/Economic Department/RERA because they are very much scared that their fraudulent activities further spreading out across UAE thru these institutions.
I got caught to these thieves, when I was shopping in Al Gurai Centre. As per their invitation I also went for that and gave 90 minutes presentation and it went back more than 2 hrs. All are nonsence and lies and nothing has mentioned in the contract what they were talking in the presentation and finally endup with losing my hard earned money Dhs17,950/- still this matter is investigating with RERA. Hope justice will win one day. My advice to the public is not to become victims of this scam. These people are real cheaters/Frauders and their real name should be "fraudulant International".
