Scam - Beware

I am trying to get free from a timeshare that I was scammed into by California Vacation Club in Napa, California. Vacation Select Services says they can take it, remove me from the title and no more HOA fees. Does anyone know about this or is it a scam also. They are the cheapest and have a flat rate of 1400 to do it. Just doing my research so I don't get scammed again.
