trying to rob me
The guys are crooks. I'm transfering membership between Club Cascadas de Baja and Sandos Playacar and they are attempting to overcharge me for $840!! Stay away from them! They ask $225 for administration (letters, courier etc) which is $15 max with UPS.

Royal Elite Timeshare Scam
These type of development always operate in unethical ways, i know you have to pay a fee to transfer your timeshare membership, but those fees are ridiculous. I would highly recommend you to stay away from Sandos Playacar/Royal Elite, as this is one of the most fraudulent timeshare companies in Mexico. You should check out this forum with hundreds of complaints about Sandos Playacar:
