Mortage Takeover
My loan was originated with the CIT group which sold my loan out of bankruptcy to Lone Star Funds who appears to own "Vericrest Financial" before they did they PREPAID my Property Taxes before they were due and set up a bogus escrow account which has been shorting my monthly payments in order to cause the account to be delinquent, thus racking up late fees junk fees ect. I have tried to get them to fix this for 3+ years. I am done I have recently sent complaints to RESPA, OCC, ATTNY GEN, FTC. and am know awaiting responses I urge everyone to do the same. This company should be called "VeriCRAP"

Loan Modification - Scam!!!!
i have also been dealing with this **** company. i get behind a little bit and they start with the threats. i have sent two payments to cover what i missed and they send it back. saying it is not enough to cover default. what kind of company sends money back??? i too have been treated very rudely. made all my good faith payments and still not good enough. people hear are very very rude. dont deal with them if you dont have to.
