Very unfortunate

I had a very unfortunate time being a member of VI Fitness (which sadly I still am!). A while after purchasing my membership I had health issues and was in the hospital on and off for quite a while. I brought in a note from my employer and also a note from the hospital saying that I was not in the position to be at a gym (I was already paying for yoga, physio and forms of healthcare like chiropractic and acupuncture). After being back and fourth multiple times with anyone I could With the company I was told that it wasn't enough to do anything to my membership. While I was in hospital my account was run up with late fees and overcharges and membership fees which put me into a very hard financial situation. I was very disappointed with how everything was handled in my situation. It was a mistake in my case to sign up with this company and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
